New Grantee Portal Progress Report instead of Requirement

If we create a Progress Report Form in the new grantee portal, how does that come through on our end in the internal database? As a requirement or will it come through as a Progress Report?

All forms created in new portal need to have a requirement created/published. So, the Form is for the Grantee Portal, but we will have to attach that to a requirement (existing or new).
