We are an overnight camp using camp software, and for years we have relied on Omatic’s ImportOmatic to sync our camper and staff data into Raiser's Edge Database view at the end of each summer. Our annual process involves creating relationships, adding events, and updating attributes for both new and returning constituents. Because we only run this import once a year, Omatic's recent rate increases and push toward their Cloud solution have us evaluating our options. Before we commit, we would love to know if anyone has successfully switched from ImportOmatic to another integration tool for RE NXT. If so, what product are you using, how satisfied are you with its performance compared to Omatic, and has it proven to be more cost-effective for seasonal use? Thank you for your insights!
