You’re Invited! Chat With Other BBIS Users on Skype

Published
All BBIS users are invited to Skype chat with your peers, in weekly sessions starting Wednesday, May 7th, from 2-3pm.

Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS) is our Enterprise level website management platform, which integrates directly with Blackbaud CRM.

While we strive to provide outstanding support, we know that YOU, BBIS users, are a knowledgeable and valuable resource.  You work at the same types of organizations, in the same roles, using the same software.  The goal of these Skype sessions is to provide an opportunity for users to talk to each other, to exchange your ideas and share expertise!

While someone from Blackbaud will host each session, this isn’t intended to be a support channel. Of course, if questions come up about the product and we need answers, I’ll do my best to facilitate tracking down that information and follow up with the group accordingly!

We’ll discuss what topics you’d like to cover in our future sessions, whether you’d like to hear from special guests (inside Blackbaud or at other organizations), and if you’d like to further divide the group by organization type, role, etc.

Once we have a list of topics, I’ll put together a schedule and post it.  You don’t have to attend every session – just come to the ones that you’re interested in and are relevant to you!

What you’ll need: Skype. That’s it. No mic or camera. These are basically IM sessions – like our chat support resource. You’ll be typing; not talking. So for those of you who work in a loud office or in a cubicle, these are ideal. Here’s a preview of how the chats look:

Just download Skype and add me – carolinebarnes.bb – as a contact. I’ll put you in our BBIS group. If you're already part of the CRM Users Group, send me a Skype message to let me know you'd like to be added to the BBIS group as well.

All you need to do to join a chat is log on,  click the group, and start chatting! See you there!
