Does anyone have a list of common errors/exceptions in the flow between BBCRM and Sage and back? I have all new staff in our finance area and not a lot of bandwidth to help them through each time there is an issue. I could have them go to Sage help desk but thought if there was a common issues doc somewhere that may help.

Hi, I've noticed that my website has been attracting a high amount of bots. I've add CAPTCHA on all forms. Is there anything else that I should do to try to control this issue? I realize that there are some good bots, but the bots are now about 30% of our website traffic. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
