What's New for Blackbaud CRM SDK 4.0 in Service Pack 4

The What’s New section of the SDK developer guides is updated for Service Pack 4 of Blackbaud CRM 4.0. Starting with this service pack, the process to create custom tiles for the Constituent page is now updated to improve the developer experience and remove the need to manually update the database to designate view data forms as tiles. Instead, third-party developers can now designate view data forms as tiles directly on view data form specs with the new SummaryTile element and its child elements. In addition, the Blackbaud Infinity Technical Reference was also updated to reflect database changes in Service Pack 4. The updated schema documentation provides a comprehensive list of changes between Blackbaud CRM 4.0 and Service Pack 4 for both the transactional database and the Blackbaud Data Warehouse database.
