Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP18 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that the Q4 2018 Release of Blackbaud CRM & BBIS is now available. Service Pack 18 for version 4.0 is released, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.  

In addition to ongoing quality improvements, here are a few key highlights included in this release:
 
  • Credit card processing can now be queued up automatically using Enqueue processing
  • Upgraded HTML editor in Marketing and Communications to TinyMCE version 4
  • 13th installment is now a supported frequency for recurring gift capture in the following BBIS forms:     
    • Advanced Donation Form
    • Donation Form
    • Transaction Manager

Allen, Blackbaud ID is not in SP18. It is on our roadmap for 2019.

This is great! Do I recall correctly that with this SP Blackbaud ID can now be used with CRM?
