4.0 SP21 Hotfix 1 Available For Download

We have released Hotfix 1 for SP21 (4.0.180.2110) which is available to download here. The patch report can be reviewed here.
In our effort to ensure that our solution is compliant with the new EU Strong Customer Authentication regulations, we have made a change in Blackbaud CRM. Back office transactions are not in scope for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), however changes are required to ensure that Blackbaud Merchant Services can correctly identify these transactions as out of SCA scope. This change is included in SP21 hotfix 1. We recommend you upgrade to hotfix 1 in order to meet the September 14th deadline for SCA.
