Blackbaud CRM And BBIS Service Pack 32 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 32 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

The Service Pack 32 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

For Blackbaud hosted customers that have enabled BBID, your SSRS users will now be able to authenticate with BBID.
Non-interactive users/personal access tokens: to increase security and convenience for your integrations and customizations you can now replace username/password authentication with personal access tokens.
Ability to copy/paste into an adhoc query "One of" text field operator
Ability to create a copy of a user-defined data list
BBIS:
- Mini Donation Form enhancements
- reCAPTCHA on pledge requests and free event registrations
- Continued improvements to password reset functionality
- CMS Business Processes update
- New user signup email template now available in Donation Form part
