Blackbaud CRM and BBIS Service Pack 38 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 38 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page and the CRM Cloud Portal.

The Service Pack 38 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

Constituent Batch now supports the new gender field released in Service Pack 36
New endpoints are now supported with Proxy User and Personal Access Token (PAT) authentication
For BBIS, Blackbaud Checkout is now enforced for newly created parts
