Accessing K12 Help And Leaving Feedback

We're often asked where's the best place to find information on how to work in the various 'ON' Product applications. We're using this blog post to discuss and address that very question.

When you're working in the "ON" products application and suddenly have a question about some item or feature you're using, select the question mark located in the upper right-hand corner to access help specific to your location in the application.

One thing to note is that not all users may see this help icon as it displays based on your user role or persona. No worries, however, if you cannot access the embedded help or if you'd like to browse all help available for the 'ON' Products. Just visit our
K-12 How-to page. From here, you can search the entire help system, access getting-started information, view release videos, and much more.

Also, while on a help topic, take a minute to let us know your thoughts on the usefulness of the information.  A feedback feature displays at the end of each help topic. We review and take action on every response we receive.



The help system options are just a small sampling of the various help deliverables we provide - far too many for a simple blog post – so we created a document explaining everything we do offer.
