Teachers Needed! We're Creating a New Teacher Resource Center!

Teachers have been a big focus for the Blackbaud School Management System team over these past few months. During the summer, we made a lot of changes and updates to not only the user interface but the teacher experience as well. In case you missed it, you can have a look at everything new and fresh in this previously highlighted in a blog.

To coincide with all of this development work, we want to make it easier for teachers to locate topics within the online help documentation that is relevant to them. That's why, we here on the K-12 User Education team are working to create an online Teacher Resource center. The goal with this is to provide teachers with one-stop-shopping for all things related to K-12 help resources.

Better yet, we want to include teachers in the process.

So, what are we looking for? Recommendations on what you’d like to see in the help center, areas in the products you find unusually difficult and in need of better documentation, and volunteers to review draft versions of the Resource site and its contents.
