A Culture of Belonging: What it Means for Student Retention and Attrition

Discover data-driven insights and proven strategies that drive student retention and foster a culture of belonging in private schools. We’ll explore why families choose to stay at or leave a school, how to evaluate your attrition and cost-per-enrollment, and best practices for forming long-term bonds that build community with students and their families.

Attendees will gain:

• A deeper understanding of how a culture of belonging drives student enrollment and retention
• Shared knowledge of strategies other schools are using to successfully address attrition
• Actionable ideas to get more stakeholders involved in retention efforts
