How do most schools use Blackbaud training?

Blackbaud Education Services is dedicated to delivering training classes that help you and other Blackbaud customers make the most of your software investments.  One very popular option is the Learn Subscription which comes in three different levels (Learn, Learn More and Learn Everything) to meet your organizations needs and budget.  Blackbaud Learn allows you to consume all the training you need over the course of your subscription – for a flat fee.  It also includes curriculum, job aides and other tools that allow you to focus and prioritize your training plan.  New content and curriculum is always being introduced.

So what’s new for Independent Schools?

Now, Blackbaud has enhanced the Learn Subscription to address the needs of independent schools.  Many independent and K-12 schools use more than one Blackbaud product – The Education Edge, The Raiser’s Edge, The Financial Edge, and/or Online Campus Community.  With the Blackbaud Learn Total Training Solution all your offices (business, development, school, and faculty) can get the training they need covering all your Blackbaud solutions, no matter how many you have.  The pricing is simple, aligned with the budgets of independent schools, and based on your school’s enrollment size.  And staying true to form, the options include three levels: Learn, Learn More, and Learn Everything.   If your school only uses one Blackbaud product, you can choose one training subscription for a single Blackbaud solution which still uses enrollment based pricing that is aligned with your schools budget.

What Types of Training Courses are Included?

Blackbaud Learn offers hundreds of highly-rated courses, including eLearning videos, printable job aides, and live classes (both online and in classrooms) to everyone at your school and for all the Blackbaud solutions your school uses.   Different mixes of classes are available within each Learn level.  But keep in mind that all of your offices — development or advancement, faculty, business, etc. — will reap the benefits of training resources and curriculum created specifically for schools and designed to ramp up skills around specific tasks based on how schools use Blackbaud solutions.
