Coming Soon to eTapestry: The Data Health Scorecard

Published
At the end of April, we will be announcing several exciting new features for eTapestry package clients that will change the way you think about data health.  Here’s a sneak preview of one of the powerful new tools designed to help you manage data quality and harness the power of information.

Introducing The Data Health Scorecard

Did you know that 15% of supporters change addresses each year? Now more than ever, it is crucial for organizations to keep up with an ever-moving supporter base. Sending a mailing to the wrong address is like throwing money out the window, which is why data quality management is so important to nonprofit organizations especially.

The Data Health Scorecard is a complimentary data quality screening that will be provided free-of-charge to eTapestry package clients in the United States. This tool will help you discover what your data issues are, understand what they’re costing you, and learn how to cost effectively resolve them.

How it Works:

The process takes your existing eTapestry data and applies a series of procedures to grade your data quality across key metrics and roll those up into an overall score. The screening takes into account how valid, complete, and current your address data is. The scores are used to produce a financial impact statement quantifying your budget efficiency, so you can then make intelligent decisions about when, why, and how to invest in your overall data health.

Why it’s a Game Changer:

  • It requires zero effort to run, and it will automatically refresh on your dashboard.
  • It requires zero cost to run, and provides insights that you could not manually get yourself.
  • It will be 100% integrated to the data services required to fix the issues, such as NCOA services.

That’s all we can tell you right now, but stay tuned for more information on The Data Health Scorecard, as well as other exciting new features coming your way in late April!
