- Audit your current social media program. You need to know where you are today, before you can plan where you will go and how to get there.
- Set social media goals. Learn common social media measurements and how to set goals unique to your organization.
- Build the framework of a social media playbook. The social media playbook defines how your organization will use social media.
- Learn to execute the playbook. Once you have your playbook, what next? You need to put your playbook into action.
