Altru Usability Survey
Back in January some of you may have seen a survey pop up in Altru focusing on your overall experience using Altru. We had 245 responses representing 145 different organizations, and are grateful for your participation. Your feedback has led to several changes across the Altru experience.
Feature enhancements:
- Online recurring giving
- Accepting Donations at the Cart
- Add group members in bulk
- Mark Constituencies inactive
- Integration with Volunteer Hub
- Total Revenue Report Performance improved by 35%
Training enhancements:
- Altru joined Blackbaud University
- Release of Altru Fundamentals series as a consistent starting place for training
- Continued expansion of our video library
Documentation enhancements:
- Credit Card Payment Processing documentation was improved
- The Altru Beginners guide will be re-released within the next month (watch for the blog post on this coming soon!)
- Full documentation for ResearchPoint is now available for Altru (once you click, scroll down to see the user guides for ResearchPoint for Altru)
As we continue with these efforts, we would like to again solicit your feedback.
At the end of June, you will receive the same survey in Altru focused on the general usability of Altru.
