Changes to School API

The School API is updated. The endpoint for User Extended List returns races as additional information.
Individuals can have multiple values for the Races field in Education Management. This enables schools to more accurately track demographic information. In comparison, the older Ethnicity field is a single select field and is thus less accurate for multiracial individuals.
Additionally, the K-12 user community and the Higher Ed user community each include a link directly to the user community for SKY API developers.
