Having Issues Signing In? May Be Time To Upgrade Chrome

If you experience an issue signing in to your Blackbaud ID or Blackbaud solution on Google Chrome, and receive an error message of "You do not have permission to view this directory or page," you're not alone! We've identified an issue with the browser — specifically, Chrome version 72.0.3626.81 (although the issue may exist in other versions) — preventing successful sign-ins. If you experience this issue, sign in through another browser or upgrade your Chrome (the most recent version being, at the time of this writing, 72.0.3626.121). If you continue to experience this issue, please contact Blackbaud Support so we can look into it. Thanks!
