Having Issues Signing In? May Be Time To Upgrade Chrome

429ca4fceb96e6446b20b27e29539e7a-huge-chIf you experience an issue signing in to your Blackbaud ID or Blackbaud solution on Google Chrome, and receive an error message of "You do not have permission to view this directory or page," you're not alone! We've identified an issue with the browser — specifically, Chrome version 72.0.3626.81 (although the issue may exist in other versions) — preventing successful sign-ins. If you experience this issue, sign in through another browser or upgrade your Chrome (the most recent version being, at the time of this writing, 72.0.3626.121). If you continue to experience this issue, please contact Blackbaud Support so we can look into it. Thanks!

Hey Kristine! This post was specific to Google Chrome. However, there's another sign-in issue on Internet Explorer 11 that we just posted about at https://community.blackbaud.com/blogs/76/5539, which might help resolve the issue you mention. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing. I wonder if this applies to the database view only or NXT as well. Have one user in our org that is having trouble logging into NXT and she has internet explore.

Google Chrome is my browser of choice. Great news that it will continue to work well with Blackbaud.
