Hi, We use BB LMS with Google SSO. After the recent move to the new BB SSO method, users have have short (15 minute) stretches of not been able to login getting what looks like an Microsoft cloud service error (copied below). This has happened twice in the last week. Anyone else seeing something like this? -Michael
Hi BB community, I am currently working with the Report Card template, to fix some issues that we had with the previous term (Trimester 1). When I preview it, today, at the start of the second Trimester, which date is it going to show me? The grades from the previous terms or the current term? Thanks!
Our grades went public on Friday. We started receiving reports that the grades and comments on the report card were the same as the progress reports sent in September. I have modified the Grade Plans Details in all possible ways but haven't figured out what the problem is. Any suggestions?

I just came across http://schoolboards.com in the BB Marketplace and I'm wondering if anyone is using it? We currently use Google and have everything posted to a password protected page, but it would be nice to have a “portal” within our K12 products. Would love to hear from any users.

When I go to Blackbaud Product Update Briefings Registration there are no fields to fill in for me?
First it was the virtual assistant and now there is apparently a external layer of support that can't do much more than transfer to internal support.
