Disappearing Grades While Grading Assignments

I have a couple of teachers who grade student assignments one at a time in the assignment center. After they grade the assignment they click commit and then move on to the next assignment. Once in a while they will click commit and then the grade and feedback they entered will disappear. It does reappear when they commit the next grade. Other teachers who grade in bulk do not see this.

I am not sure if this a real issue or just a delay in the process or if the user is clicking so much they aren't waiting long enough for the grade to appear. Either way the teachers are saying Blackbaud is broken and they are demanding a new grading software after just 3 months using it.

Yes. They asked a teacher for the source code of the page and then said there wasn't anything happening on their end.
