This two-day event covers product functionality as well as advanced query concepts in eTapestry. We review the fundamentals of eTapestry with hands-on exercises designed to allow you to practice while you learn in a sample database. Learn to navigate in eTapestry, create and maintain account records, enter and manage gift records, and create effective queries, reports, and meaningful communications.

This interactive workshop consists of the following four classes:

• eTapestry: Fundamentals - Accounts
− This session introduces system navigation and account structure. You also learn to enter and manage constituent information.
• eTapestry: Fundamentals - Journals
− This session introduces how to track interactions with your constituents, both financial and non-financial. You also learn to enter multiple types of gift and contact information.
• eTapestry: Fundamentals - Queries, Reports, and Communications 
− This session covers Queries, Reports, and Communications tools. You also learn how to create queries, standard reports, and donor acknowledgement letters.
• eTapestry: Effective and Efficient Queries 
− This session covers the Queries tool and how to effectively create groups of records. You also learn how to work with starting queries, the impact of data return types, and the steps to combine queries.
