August 2014 Release To The Raiser’s Edge® And Luminate Online Marketing™ Integration

Welcome to the new home for monthly update information on The Raiser’s Edge/Luminate Online Marketing integration. A new update to the integration is available, featuring improvements based on suggestions from our users, including:

  • Client-Reported Issues: We’ve resolved the incidence of an error causing first or last names to not be transferred when constituents are created from transactions (BB748593)
  • Resolved SyncException Detail: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error in Queue Problem Management (BB751740)
  • Integration Controls Issue Resolution: We’ve updated the plug-in to stop Integration Controls from continually being disabled (BB751739)

Users who host their own databases may visit the product download page for the install download and instructions. Please note that if your Raiser's Edge™ database is hosted with Blackbaud, no additional action is needed; you should already have these great improvements.
