Online Express and BBPS/BBMS Accounts in a Nutshell

The one and also only payment processor that can be used with Online Express is BBMS (Blackbaud Merchant Services). It’s true love.

If you already have a BBPS (Blackbaud Payment Services) and BBMS account with Blackbaud and your credentials have been configured in the Raiser’s Edge, Online Express will recognize your accounts and take you straight to the steps for provisioning Online Express. (Advance to Go and Collect $200!)

If you have a BBMS and BBPS account with us, but aren’t sure if your credentials have been configured into the database, you may be prompted to enter your BBPS user name and password. If you can’t remember your credentials, (It’s okay, I can’t remember my passwords either) your site administrator can reset them on Blackbaud.com. If you don’t have either a BBMS or BBPS account, Online Express will prompt you to create a username and password for both accounts.  You will also be prompted to enter in bank information (account number, routing number, bank name and account type) for the account that the online funds from Online Express will be disbursed into.
