February 2015 Release to The Raiser’s Edge® and Luminate Online™ Integration

The latest update to The Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online integration features improvements based on suggestions from you! As always, we are including several fixes to issues reported by clients as well.

Enhancements:

  • Constituent Filters are now available to allow you to filter constituents with or without transactions pending in the Donations and Registrations side of the plug in. You can also filter based on the Date the constituent was downloaded from Luminate Online:

  • Gift Filters will now include a dynamic transaction count for payment types, as well as a filter for Online vs. Offline gifts from Luminate Online. For more information, see this solution (BB754393).
  • Tribute Messages from Luminate Online will now map to the Gift Notes on Tribute Gifts.
  • Tributes without Acknowledgees will no longer self-acknowledge the honor/memorial constituent. For more information, see this solution (BB754326).

Fixes:

The following issues have been resolved with the version 1.4.5513 of the Luminate Online plug in:

  • Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding - when accessing Luminate Online plug in. For more information, see the following solution (BB753991).

Users who host their own databases may visit the product download page for the install download and instructions. Please note that if your Raiser’s Edge™ database is hosted with Blackbaud, no additional action is needed; you should already have these great improvements.
