What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of June 7

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updates its recent action record with a much requested feature — the ability to save actions as appointments in Microsoft Outlook 365! In addition, this week's update includes some nice enhancements to Analyze and gift records.
Add actions to Microsoft Outlook 365. To set a reminder for an action, you can now add it as an appointment to your calendar in Outlook 365. To always add appointments to Outlook 365, select Change calendar preferences when you next add an action, and then select Send to Outlook 365 calendar and Save. For more information, see the Calendar Appointments Help.
View Gift Aid details about a gift. In the UK, Gift Aid is a government incentive that enables donors to donate the tax amount of their gifts as additional giving to an organization. For those of you in the UK, you can now view details about a gift's Gift Aid tax claim and qualification on its record. Under Gift Aid, you can view:
Sort pledge transactions by details. Pledges are commitments to donate in the future with a single gift or through multiple installments, such as a gift of $1,200 as 12 monthly payments of $100. Under Pledge burndown on the record of a pledged gift, you can now sort its transactions by their type (such as payment or write-off), how much was paid (and when), and how much was left to pay toward the gift at the time of the transaction. To sort by a detail, simply select its column header. For more information, check out the Pledges Help.
View when Analyze metrics were updated. To ensure you have the latest analysis, you can now view — with a new As of timestamp — when metrics in Fundraising, Analyze were last updated. (It may take up to six hours for metrics to update based on new or edited information.)
