Having Issues with Invitations?

From Control Panel, you can easily invite people at your organization to use Raiser's Edge NXT. However, things may happen between Raiser's Edge NXT and the recipient's email inbox — out in the wooly wilderness that is email — that hinders their joining the party. If that happens, there are some things to check out, based on your issue.
 


If someone didn't get their invitation, first check to make sure your have their correct email address. Typos happen! If you find that the recipient's email address was incorrect, you can easily resend the invitation and update their email address as necessary.



If the email address is correct, have the recipient check their junk mail, as their email filters may've marked it as spam. To help people at your organization receive their invitations, make sure that your email servers allow messages from Blackbaud. If someone got their invitation but can't log in, and instead gets sent to Blackbaud's company website, they need to first accept their invitation. If they already accepted the invitation but still can't log in, make sure they're using the same email address and password used to set up their Blackbaud account. (If they need to create an account with Blackbaud, they can simply click Sign in in the upper right corner of Blackbaud's website.)
