Hey, Where’s My Attachment?

To help simplify where you access opportunity attachments, some files may soon no longer appear where you last viewed them. Currently, media files attached to a proposal in the database view appear under Attachments on the records of its opportunity and constituent in the web view. However, in preparation for upcoming changes, opportunity attachments will soon no longer appear on constituent records. This means that if you’re accustomed to viewing opportunity attachments from constituent records, you’ll need to navigate to their opportunity records instead. 

In a future release, you’ll also be able to add, edit, and delete opportunity attachments from their records. Stay tuned!

UPDATE: Further in the future, you'll be able to view all of a constituent's attachments – from their opportunities, actions, and elsewhere! – together on their record (again). Stay tuned!
