Keep An Eye On Your Inbox: New Survey On Its Way!

In late 2016, we sent out a survey asking about your overall experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT. We value and appreciate your input and would like to again solicit your thoughts!

 

Responses to the previous survey — from almost 1,000 responses across over 800 organizations — led to several product enhancements in 2017, including:

• Map, to help locate constituents based on their primary address
• Home, to help keep up-to-date with the latest features, training, best practices, and discovery opportunities
• Two-step authentication
• Improved constituent search by former name, phone number, mailing address, and sound-alike criteria
• Management of additional constituent details, including Addresses, Name formats, Communication preferences, and Relationships
• Inclusion of soft credits in analysis and tags
• The Microsoft Outlook add-in, to automatically create actions from your email inbox
• Updates to Lists, including Share, Export, and several new filters
• Recapture donor analysis
• Attachments, Custom fields, and Giving hierarchies for campaigns, funds, and appeals
• And oh yeah... Add constituents (including duplicate detection)!

In addition, several resources were updated based on the survey feedback:

• Updated Blackbaud University courses with fresh content and hands-on learning
• Revamped the Assistance and Resources with new focus on getting started, training, and support
• Updated the Help with database-to-web view translations, constituent list recipes, and a feedback loop
