Cracking The Code Of Web View

A coworker and I recently chatted about having pen pals when we were younger. Worried our letters might end up in the wrong hands, we both wrote them in code! We also created a decoder so we could extract the secrets hidden in our letters.

Here at Blackbaud, we sometimes hear from power users of Raiser’s Edge database view who want to learn more about web view but don’t have the time to go through the Fundamentals series. I thought this would be helpful for my coworkers but it says you have to pass the Fundamentals exam first. I'm a bcre-pro and its not even letting me view the course.

I was also trying to signup for this course but was blocked due to the Fundamentals Exam requirement, which I did take I believe in 2020. What can I do to fix this issue?

Despite how the article is written, the main problem has not been solved. From my perspective, the barrier to taking classes that I am interested in is the regular and periodic requirement that I re-take Fundamentals exams. This class is no exception.

The RE Fundamentals (database view) is a prerequisite so we know that the students have a proficiency using database view. If they've already taken and passed the certification, they can reach out to training help (TrainingHelp@blackbaud.com) to help resolve their issues.
