What's New In Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT® — July 23rd

Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for July 23rd, 2024.

• Reposition logo on Optimized Donation Forms branding cards (for those in the US)
• Display number of gifts on the Total gifts over time chart
• Scan attachments for viruses
• Patch 35

Reposition logo on Optimized Donation Forms branding cards (for those in the US)

To give you the control to place a logo in the best position, now you can move a logo to a specific location on a branding card. From Online Giving, create or edit a branding card. Under Desktop, Logo, choose a logo for the card. Next, select Reposition logo and drag the logo to the position you prefer. For more information, see Branding Cards.



Display number of gifts on the Total gifts over time chart

You can now change the line on the Total gifts over time chart to display the number of gifts received instead of the total gift amount. This can help you see giving trends better if large one time gifts are skewing the graph.

• For those with Online Giving, under Total gifts over time, select Number of donations. For more information, see Performance for All Forms in Online Giving help.
• For those with standard donation forms, from Raiser's Edge NXT, select Tools, Donation form designer. Under Total gifts over time, select Number of donations. For more information, see Performance for All Forms in Raiser's Edge NXT help.

Scan attachments for viruses

To protect you from downloading malicious content, Raiser's Edge NXT now automatically scans files for viruses when you add attachments to records. If Raiser's Edge NXT detects a potentially malicious file, it blocks the upload.



Tip: We recommend you remove blocked files from your local machine and contact your administrator.

Patch 35

Patch 35 began releasing in database view. To improve the payment processing experience, Blackbaud Merchant Services will become the payment solution integrated in our solutions. Therefore, Blackbaud Payment Service will no longer support creating new accounts with Authorize.net, PayFlow Pro, and Bambora gateways.
