Raise more with Optimized Donation Forms (for those in Canada)
Now, you can use Optimized Donation Forms to improve your fundraising efforts, and on average customers experience about a 30% increase in their donor conversion rate. They are now available along with Standard Donation Forms. To create new forms and find your existing ones, from Online Giving, select Overview.

Optimized Forms:

• Use a branding card you customize with images and your mission statement.

• Are visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging and automatically display in French.

• Automatically adjust to increase higher than average gift amounts based on donor data analysis.

• Display anywhere on your website without creating new web pages.

• Use branding cards you design with the option to translate to French.

• Continually evolve as we conduct A/B testing to make data-driven decisions to optimize donor experiences and help you raise more.

Note: Optimized Forms use the same receipting options for one-time and recurring gifts as Standard Forms. When you set up the form, from Confirmations, select whether to enable one-time or recurring gifts. After approving a batch, the receipts are sent to donors.

Preview Standard Donation Forms in French (for those in Canada)
Now, you can easily preview Standard Donation Forms in French and English. From Online Giving, Overview, select a Standard Donation Form from All donation forms under Related links. Select Preview and the version you would like to view. To learn more about how Standard Forms translate to French, see Language Options for Donation Forms.

Use Standard reports in web view (for some of you)
You can now use Standard reports in web view to view, edit, export, and run supported reports in Raiser’s Edge NXT. For example, you can use reports to track the effectiveness of your actions or to identify details about constituent giving.

To access Standard reports, go to Analysis, Standard reports.

Resolve data sync issues between Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge NXT (for some of you)
To allow you to review and resolve issues of your data syncing between Raiser's Edge NXT and Luminate Online, we've integrated the former Queue Problem Management interface directly into Raiser's Edge NXT. From Settings, Control Panel, select Luminate Online integration. For more information, see Luminate Online integration.
