Your Resolutions: Better Late than Never
Published
We've made our list of things we'll be doing in 2014 (check it out here). We also made a little list of things we think you should try this year, but you guys already had your to-do list going. I reached out to customers in early January and here are their top resolutions. I'm late posting, but it's never too late to get started on a resolution:
LaKiesha Henderson, San Antonio Botanical Garden - Be more efficient. "A huge part of my job includes entering gifts and membership payments as well as updating donor and member records, and I know I'm not utilizing Altru as well as I could. I have several small goals in mind to achieve this one resolution including adding documentation to donor records, learning how to import data through a batch, and streamlining the way gift and membership payments are processed in the back office."
Shannon Knight, RISD Museum - Start attending Skype chat sessions. "Something always seemed to come up at the last minute in 2013 that I would just have to do instead of attending. But, like exercise, I need to make the chats a priority and not look at them as optional!"
Joshua Kalin, The Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture - "Add 1000 new emails to our database."
