New Altru Class Added: Managing Group Sales Reservations

As we continue to expand our Altru training materials, we've added a new class to the roster:

Managing Group Sales Reservations in Altru

This two-hour instructor-led online event introduces you to the basic processes for adding and managing a group sales reservation. The course covers creating a reservation record, scheduling activities for groups in an itinerary, generating a contract, managing reservation milestones and payments, and checking in and checking out groups. Use of the Group Sales area of Altru for Facility Rentals will also be covered. After completing this course, you will be able to complete day-to-day management tasks for group sales reservations.

Objectives:

  •  Describe the characteristics of a group sale
  •  Identify the types of reservations that are handled through group sales
  • Identify the key components of the reservation process
  • Add and edit group reservations in Altru
  • Manage a reservation
  • Check in and check out a group
