  • Part I: Clean Your Data Now, Save Time Later
    October 26th at 4pm ET
    Part one reviews how to find and fix tricky data issues that can be especially problematic for bulk mailings like your year-end appeal. For example: identify incomplete addresses, correct funky name formats, or find organizations missing contacts. Best of all, what we cover in this 60-minute session will be determined by YOU and your peers. Be sure to choose which issues you’d like covered by taking our pre-session survey here
     
  • Part II: Segmentation Made Easy: Creating Your Appeal Mailing
    November 2nd at 4pm ET
    Part two of this three-part Support Seminar Series, discusses segmentation and how to use Altru to send customized and personalized asks to your constituents! During this 60-minute session we’ll review best practices for creating a segmented, multi-letter Appeal Mailing. We’ll review creating essential query selections, using exclusions, and incorporating these into Altru’s Appeal Mailing Process.
     
  • Part III: See Your Success: Appeal Reporting in OData
    November 9th at 4pm ET
    Part three of this three-part Support Seminar Series, discusses how to create an OData dashboard using Microsoft Excel® 2013 to report on the success of your annual appeal. We’ll be building queries to incorporate sales orders and creating a dashboard to view statistics like average gift, total raised, and response rate. A knowledge of query and Microsoft Excel® is helpful, but not required.
