Altru Survey Now Closed.

Last July, a survey popped up in Altru focusing on your overall experience using Altru. We had 345 users respond, representing 165 different organizations, and we are grateful for your participation. Your feedback has prompted us to take several actions, including:

·       Scheduling training sessions later in the day to better accommodate West Coast users.

·     Creating a central training site.

·     Updating the system requirements.

·     Making improvements to our infrastructure including additional hardware and upgrades to hardware and software.

·     Implementing 3rd party monitoring tools to help us proactively identify issues with performance.

·     Adding new features to help make you more efficient.

·     Improving communication with quarterly roadmap reviews and in-product announcements.

As we continue with these efforts, we would like to again solicit your feedback. At the end of this week, you will receive the same survey in Altru focused on the general usability of Altru.
