You already know what happens to your survey responses (or if you thought they went into the abyss, check out We Hear You (But Only If You’re Talking)), but did you know there are other ways to let us know where you and Altru stand? We've got a couple options in the community that you should take advantage of.

In Your Profile

After you've joined the community, you'll see a profile square with your information. It shows the topics you've started, replies made, and a Rate Altru scale.

You may remember this from our Rate Altru contest. Basically, this question asks:

How likely are you to recommend Altru to a friend or colleague?

You can answer anytime. We constantly check these scores to figure out where we stand with your organization - and then to dig into where we stand with your vertical or with your specific job title. We want to know if all the Children's Museums are happy, if all the Membership Managers feel like their needs are met ... and we use these scores to help make inferences. So, let us know.

In Products and Services

So if you want to go even deeper into scoring, you can now rate Altru by areas. If you scroll to the bottom of the home page, you'll see a list of Products and Services. Select "See all products & services" and you'll get the full list of Altru areas. Well, you can rate EACH area, by simply clicking Rate under each image, as seen below.

This information is really helpful. We can now see if you love (the new and improved) Group Sales, but are not satisfied with the current Reports. You can give us more specific feedback, so we know what to work on.

Now, neither of these two options are flashy. You'll just click your score and it records - no pop up, no message, nothing to REALLY let you know you voted. But I promise, we got it. This new ability to rate products, combined with your ideas and feedback,  should make it very clear where you guys want us to focus!
