With 333 replies, I have no doubt you already know Center for Wooden Boat's Judith Rickard. She's in the community every day - chiming in on other user's topics as often as she posts her own. She's the first to give you a "yes! yes! yes!" on your idea; and she'll praise new features as quickly as she'll call us on any delays. She's a firecracker; we like that about her. But we really appreciate her consistently great attitude and knowledgeable answers. If Judith suggests something, we believe you can trust it. We're lucky to have her in our community - so she's our newest champion.



What do you like best about Altru?

Altru met our “Big Four” requirements fully:

4. System Integrity (cloud-based data security and automatic system upgrades)

My own personal favorite feature of Altru is the ability to have it open in multiple browser windows/tabs. (Query browse is a close second.)

What is your favorite thing about the community?

Quick answers. (A close second favorite thing is more global in nature – I enjoy getting a sense of the challenges and solutions that other, much different, organizations meet and overcome…or continue to grapple with.)

What convinced you to become so active? 

Actually, it was hard to jump into the forum at first. I lurked for quite a while. Desperation (needing to get a question answered) prompted my first post, and that worked out so well that I never looked back. I’d love to get my co-workers more involved, but they are still hesitant.

Well, despite Judith's initial hesitation, she quickly became a power user. She's ranked up quite a few stars (58!) and is one of the 1st to jump in on new ideas. Congratulate Judith in the community; I know you're going to appreciate her as much as we do!
