Training

If your organization has a Learn subscription, staff members can access four video tutorial bundles in Training Central that are designed specifically for teachers:

  • FAWeb  Part I – Getting Started
Faculty Access for the Web is your personal student and class information system. Before you create assignments, take attendance, and enter grades, be sure to familiarize yourself with general features, such as user options, alerts, and email.
  • FAWeb Part II – All About Assignments
In the FAWeb gradebook, you can set up assignments on an as-needed basis.  Not sure how to create assignment categories, add assignments, or use the assignment dropbox?  Request this curriculum to expand your skill set today.
  • FAWeb Part III – Tracking Attendance and Conduct
In Faculty Access for the Web, you can enter attendance in a grid or with a seating chart. And, you can manage conduct information for students on the Conduct tab of their records. Find out how to perform these tasks with this curriculum.
  • FAWeb Part IV - All About Grading
In  FAWeb, you can set up your gradebook, enter assignment grades and comments, and enter final marking column grades, comments, and skill ratings. When you designate that grades  are ready to post, the administrator can post them to Registrar’s Office. Use this curriculum as a guide for these important tasks.

To access the video tutorial bundles, search Training Central with this keyword: eevtfaweb.
