Blackbaud has more upcoming webinars this month for various topics like scheduling, tuition, BBID, and more! Here’s more information on each series as well as how to check them out. Hello everyone!

We have some exciting news in regards to upcoming webinars that are starting to roll out this week! As always, you can register by clicking on the dates and times or by going to our Customer Success Registration page.

First up, one of the more important sessions to attend if you have not yet transitioned your staff over to BBID is Getting Blackbaud ID Set Up in Core and Enrollment Management. This session will go through the important steps you need to follow to be in line with BBID before the July due date. There are two options in May to attend: Next, we still have more opportunities for you to join us for our Back To School Series: Scheduling and Troubleshooting Problems session. This has been incredibly helpful for schools to get as close to perfect as possible when beginning their Master and Student Scheduling in the Student Information System. There are two more opportunities to join in May: We also have a trio of sessions for our Tuition Management users too. We know users have been pretty hungry for content in Tuition Management so we want to make sure you are aware of these upcoming sessions and get these links to you so you can register right away!

  • Tuition Management: Streamlining the School Billing Process with Rate Card on May 4, 2022 at 12pm ET
  • Tuition Management: Fiscal Year Start - Reviewing, Posting, and Reconciling A/R, Deferred Billing, and Revenue on May 31, 2022 at 2pm ET
