Sending Email and Keeping Your Constituents Informed

Published
It is more important than ever to communicate your work to your constituents, let them know how they can continue to support your mission, and let them know how your organization is weathering the storm.

There is no more important time than now to explore your options to send emails to your donors and prospects and keep the lines of communication flowing!  Our Support team at Blackbaud have let us know that you want more resources to help you communicate with your constituents with the tools in eTapestry.  So, fear not!  Here are those resources!

Email Marketing
Email Marketing 101 in eTapestry is an on-demand session we created and have had available for a long time.  While it talks specifically about sending out requests for donations, the process applies to communications that don’t include a specific call to action.   Other email resources include: Direct Mail
If you also send direct mail, we have some on-demand resources that can help.  The first step would be to make sure a communication template is created.  For that, check out Communication Templates in eTapestry.  The second step would be to generate the physical documents.  For on this process, check out Generating Documents in eTapestry.

I hope these will help you stay in contact with your donors during this critical time.  If you wish to view more resources, check the below links out.  Be safe.  Be well.  Thank you for being a valued member of the community for social good!
