Raiser's Edge & Luminate Online Integration: Now with RSVP Events and more

Did you know that Calendar events are now integrated between Luminate Online and Raiser’s Edge?

With the August RE Release, we continued to sync more features of The Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online to make your job easier while deepening your engagement with supporters. Check out the details on the new integration with RE: Events module and Luminate Calendar / RSVP Events plus more integration features!



Here are some highlights on new features available with the August release, including:

• You can create cross-references for Luminate Online events, or mirror a Luminate Online event with an existing event in The Raiser’s Edge
• Calendar event registrations and associated donations will then flow into the integration plug-in in The Raiser’s Edge
• Participation types and other information, such as number of units purchased, gift amount and purchase date will appear on the Registration Fees tab of the registrant record in The Raiser’s Edge
• Survey questions and answers on donation forms that are associated with your cross-referenced events will integrate into The Raiser’s Edge as participant attributes
• Luminate Online billing name fields now map to the Cardholder field in The Raiser’s Edge
• Process and Open option when processing constituents in the plug-in in Raiser’s Edge
  • This allows the constituent’s record to be immediately opened after it is processed.
