Magical Links You Aren’t Using
Luminate offers a few magical links to help your organization provide a touch of customer service to your online program. The functionality allows constituents to log in automatically or retrieve relevant documentation simply by clicking a link inside an email your organizations sends.
The Autologin feature allows you to create a link to your site which automatically logs in a constituent when that link is clicked. By implementing this link inside TeamRaiser coaching or monthly donor stewardship email, your organization helps these supporters get through the gate to complete a requested action. Here's how it works:
Magic Links Facilitate Resubscribing After an "Unsubscribe All"
When it comes to encouraging your constituents to re-subscribe to your organization’s email, we have some magical code that can be placed at the top of your messages or on a Thank You page to enable opted out constituents to re-subscribe after taking action or making a donation.
Simply paste the conditional code below into the plain text editor of your email autoresponder or confirmation page. The code allows your constituents to be sent to the Email Preferences Page after they’ve logged into your site. We also provided code which will provide them their username in the event they aren’t sure what that is:

- TeamRaiser. Let’s say you want to encourage your TeamRaiser participants to update their page or send an email through their Participant Center. Not only can you link constituents directly to those specific areas inside your coaching email, but the Autologin feature assures that they are automatically logged in to easily complete those tasks.
- Recurring Donors. For your organization’s monthly donors, an Autologin link becomes handy inside a stewardship email series should your donor wish to access the gift services center to make updates or changes to their monthly gift. Constituents won't have to wonder about their username or password as the Autologin link does that for them.

**Be sure to replace “vateam” with your organization’s Luminate shortname.

Hey Crystal- Yes, the autolink part is easy. You'll definitely want to make sure that Gift Services Center is tidy and user friendly. But once that is taken care of then you can easily get your sustainers to a place to help them manage their gifts with your organization.0
