Concurrent Business Process Discovery Update

Last month we launched a discovery project focused on validating designs for improving business process processing within Blackbaud CRM.  Thanks to the 12 organizations that participated in discovery.  

The design is complete and development has begun.  More details about the design will be announced in an upcoming roadmap call and future spotlight.  A quick summary of the planned functionality includes a new "Enqueue" tab on the Business Process page using print queue type technology.  The initial focus will be on business processes that support running acknowledgement letters.

We are targeting a Q1 2017 release date.
