Blackbaud CRM 4.0 SP10 Now Available For Download

I'm excited to announce the release of BBCRM 4.0 Service Pack 10. It is now available on the downloads page of blackbaud.com.
Service Pack 10 addresses 70 defects and includes 12 value adding features.

BBCRM Enhancements
- For our international customers, significant performance improvements were made to the R68 process.
- The Tokenizer tool will allow 3rd party vendors and canvassers the ability to tokenize credit cards prior to importing into BBCRM to enable future credit card processing
- Expansion of the number of revenue types to be associated with opportunities, allowing fundraisers the ability to track opportunities for not only pledges and donations, but for planned gifts, event registrations (high dollar event sponsorships) and matching gifts.
- Giving list to include recognition giving. These giving lists are based on the data warehouse.
- New attributes are now available for Appeals, Financial Transaction line items and sponsorships
- For our BBMS customers, we made enhancements to the Credit Card Updater queries to improve reporting based on feedback from our EAP customers
- Additional data available in the Data Warehouse for educational involvement and recurring gifts
BBIS Enhancements
- Redesign of email message reports to improve reporting and reduce clicks
- Confirm email address for donations and payments forms to improve accidental typos when donors are entering their email address
- Support for BBCRM state formats especially for international customers
- Updated JQuery version which will allow customers to build modern frontend customizations to enhance user experiences.
