In this Roadmap Review, we shared the strategic plan for the 5.0 release and beyond. The Blackbaud CRM 5.0 release features a focus on infrastructure and program cost reductions, ease of use, and extensibility across these four critical areas:

• Quality: Insisting on stability, upgradeability, dependability, and increasing innovation built on a quality foundation
• Efficiency: Ensuring Blackbaud CRM is cost-effective, powerful, and responsive while being less expensive to set up, configure, and operate
• Extensibility: Delivering a product that is flexible, inclusive, and contemporary while fostering partnerships to drive capabilities expansion
