It Takes a Community: In Our Village We Have Ninjas!
What is a Ninja?A Ninja is a Blackbaud Social Good Community Member who has proven they know how to use Community features to create positive engagement experiences for other members by completing the Ninja Training. Ninja's have this ninja badge next to their profile.
Interesting Fact: There are 182 Ninjas out of 80,000+ members. They are wonderful to have as a connection, so friend a few!
Thank you Ninjas for all that you do!
Some of the ways you stealthily helped our members in October were by:
- Replying 380 times to forum questions to help members learn.
- Requesting connections with 618 members to welcome then and build your network
- You shared your most useful tips to help others get the most from the Community.
- You made 91 profile updates to maintain accurate data in the Community about you, your organization, title etc..

My coveted ninja skill is . . . Bojutsu – Staff technique
Bojutsu is literally the art of using a bo, a staff, and translated means staff technique. The ninja would learn bojutsu, focusing on the staff as an extension of their body, and the bo was capable of being used with many attacking and defending motions.
Must admit some days I am attacking my workload and other days, well, defending the right not to.
