General concern here. It's the end of Sept, and the on demand LO PCI 4 upgrade session will be Oct 15. The description for that session speaks about the PCI 4 upgrades in the future tense. As in - does Blackbaud truly expect us to update our LO donation forms in late October???! I'm concerned that's far too close to EOY for big form changes. My whole team is getting very anxious.
This release has since been postponed three times. We made the difficult internal decision to keep all forms as-is until Jan, and then plow through all of the updates.
In the Oct 30 product release briefing, no one took accountability, or even mentioned the postponements. That concerns me. A little bit of humanity would have gone a long way.
I would love to know where the answers to the Qs unanswered during the broadcast are going to be.
