Hi Gregory, Patch 3 has been applied to all hosted data centers. There are maintenance notifications that go out in regards to when a data center will be upgraded and when the install files will be released for download. The time frame varies as it depends on the patch and/or release contents itself and any other impacting events. To be alerted, you can subscribe to notifications Blackbaud.com: http://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/44242. We also update this page as well!

Are you announcing that you have begun or completed the release waves in hosting? What is the typical timeframe for a patch between the conclusion of the hosting release waves and the download availability?
