Patch 12 for Raiser's Edge 7.96 has now been released to all Blackbaud Hosting Services customers, and is available for download for locally-installed customers.
Check out our Knowledgebase article to learn more about the patch, and then head on over to Downloads to install it if needed. As always, steps to install are in our Knowledgebase.
Note that if you utilize the DeceasedRecordFinder service, you must upgrade to 7.96 Patch 12 before updating your data with the results to ensure all records are updated correctly. Please see Knowledgebase for more details.
