Is there any way for a non-hosted customer to find out which wave they will be included in and when 7.95 is planned for release to that wave?

Hi Alan! We do apologize for the lengthy process; however, we have adopted a waved release for 7.95. This is to ensure that the upgrade is the best possible version for our customers. By accepting client feedback throughout the waves, we are able to make any necessary changes along the way before all customers have it installed. This does equate to a longer release phase, but ultimately it will lead to a better upgrade for all! We appreciate your patience in the process!

Self hosted clients have been left dangling in the wind by Blackbaud. Even if they release in December most of us realistically are not going to be able to upgrade til end of Feb early March. This is pathetic. Next time when you release it make it 100% clear hosted you will get it right away and self hosted you will get it when we feel like it.

Thanks for the update. Because this is our peak receiving season, I've already requested that our IT staff look at scheduling this update for January or February. Notice that RE won't be available for even a short time makes some of my gift entry staff nervous this time of year. :)

Will non-hosted customers be notified when the 7.95 upgrade is available for download?

We were told 7.95 would be available by 11/30. When will the release be available for download for non-hosted customers?
